Fair Architecture is the professional name under which architect and cultural manager Ana Asensio develops her architectural practice. The project brings together years of work at the intersection of architecture, culture, and community, rooted in the belief that building is both a technical and a social act.Trained as an architect (M.Arch, University of Granada) and Cultural Management Technician (UEMC), Ana studied between Granada, Venice, London, and Santiago de Chile. Her career has been shaped by an ongoing exploration of popular architecture, constructive cultures, and the social production of habitat—fields through which she investigates how local materials, community cooperation, and vernacular knowledge can inform contemporary practice.Over the past decade, she has founded and carried out numerous projects and initiatives where architecture acts as the core and connecting thread, explored through thought, culture, documentary practice, and curatorial work. Fair Architecture concentrates this experience into its architectural praxis, where reflection becomes construction and ideas take material form.Fair Architecture builds on this foundation as a working practice committed to fairer societies and healthier habitats. Its four lines of work—Design and Construction, Technical Assistance, Collective Architectures, and Rehabilitation—reflect a continuous effort to integrate design, craftsmanship, and community collaboration into a contemporary architectural language grounded in social and environmental responsibility.
